Welcome to Arth Boutique Hotel. By accessing, booking, or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms exist to ensure a safe, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • To secure a reservation, guests may be required to provide valid identification, contact details, and payment information.

  • Prices may vary based on season, room category, and occupancy.

  • Any promotional rates or discount codes must be applied at the time of booking.

 

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

 

3. Payment & Billing

  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate selected.

  • We accept major cards, UPI, net banking, and approved digital payment platforms.

  • Any additional charges (food orders, damages, etc.) will be settled at checkout.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund unless otherwise specified in the offer/plan.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may incur up to 100% charges.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7–10 working days.

 

5. Hotel Policies

 

A. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, property, and other guests.

  • Any illegal activity, excessive noise, or disturbance may result in immediate eviction without refund.

 

B. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is only allowed in designated areas.

  • A cleaning fee will apply for smoking inside non-smoking rooms.

 

C. Pets

  • Pets are allowed only if specified at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

 

6. Liability

  • Arth Boutique Hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not deposited at the reception.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

  • The hotel shall not be liable for circumstances beyond control (natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, etc.).

 

7. Facilities & Services

  • Hotel amenities (Wi-Fi, breakfast, parking, room service, etc.) may vary by room category or package.

  • Some services may incur additional fees.

  • The hotel reserves the right to temporarily modify or suspend certain facilities for maintenance or safety reasons.

 

8. Website & Online Content

  • All content on our website (images, text, pricing, policies) is owned by Arth Boutique Hotel.

  • Information displayed online is subject to change without prior notice.

 

9. Privacy Policy

  • We collect guest information strictly for booking, communication, and service improvement.

  • Personal data is protected and never shared with third parties except where required by law.

 

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of local courts where the hotel is located.
